Chicken masala ke liye
Kali mirch -1 Chhoti chammach
Sabut Dhaniya- 2 choti chammach
Tej Patta- 2-3
Dalchini- 2 piece
Kali ilaichi- 4 -5
Zeera -1 chammach
Method
-Chicken Ke Pieces ko 3-4 Pani Se dhole aur sukhane Ke Liye agal bowl Mein nikale.
-Ab is chicken ko cooker/ bartan Mein chicken Ke Pieces ko dale aur isme haldi powder, salt, 2 elaichi, 2 cup Pani dal kar 4-5 minute ke liye boil karle.
-Ab Ham chicken masale ko taiyar Karenge iske liye mixture Mein kali mirch, sabut dhaniya, Tej Patta, dalchini, Kali ilaichi, jeera Sabhi Masale ko mixture Me Pisle aur alag nikal kar Rakh De. (Crispy chicken fry)
-Ab ek pan Me oil Garam Kare aur ismein Kadi Patta, Dalchini, Elaichi, Lawang, Kali mirch, Zeera add Karen aur 10 se 20 second ke liye Bhune. masale Bhunjane ke bad isme onion paste add Kare aur 2 minute ke liye bhune.
-2 minute baad ab isme ginger-garlic paste add Kare aur 2 minute ke liye ise bhi bhune.
2 minute baad isme tomato paste add Karen aur sathi Me garam masala powder, haldi powder, Lal mirch powder , salt aur taiyar Kiya Hua chicken masale ko add Kare aur 5 minute ke liye Bhune.
-5 minute baad Dahi add Kare aur 10 minute ke liye medium flame par chammach Se mix karte hue Pakaye.
-Ab isme boil kiye hua chicken ke pieces aur 1 cup Pani add Karen aur 5 minute ke liye Sabhi Masalo ko mix karte hue pakaye.
-Chicken Ke Pieces soft Ho Jane par gas band kar de aur Dhaniya Patta add Kare.
