Tarika

-Chana dal aur toovar dal ko achi Tarah mix karle aur acchi tarah pani se dhule.

-Dal ko dhone ke baad cooker me 2 cup Pani dale aur usme dal, haldi powder, salt, dalke 3 sity Aane Tak pakaye.

-Hamein High flame Par 1 sity tak pakana hai aur bad me medium flame par 2 sity tak pakaye.

-Ab cooker Khol ke Dal ko check Karen, Dal sahi se bani hai ya nahin Agar sahi se Pak gayi hai to daal ko Saboot Rahane De ise mash nahi karna hai.

-Ab Ek pan Me oil garam Karen aur usme jeera, Tej Patta add Kare aur 10 se 20 second ke liye bhune. (Dal fry banane ka tarika)
