Salt to taste

Oil – 4 chammach

Garam Masala – 1 chammach

Ginger garlic paste – 1 chammach

Ialaichi powder – 1 chota chammach

Maida – 1 chammach

Besan – 1 chammach

Food colour – 1 chota chammach

Kali mirch powder – 1 chota chammach

Dahi – 1 cup

Dhaniya Patta – 1 cup

Fish Fry Method:

Fish ke pieces ko acche se 2 bar pani se dhole aur bowl main nikalde.

Ab fish ke pieces me haldi powder, Lal mirch powder, lemon juice, Dahi, elaichi powder, Garam Masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, Maida, besan, kali mirch powder, Dhaniya powder, food colour dalkar mix kare.

Fish ke pieces Mein Sabhi masale mix Ho Jane par Marinate hone ke liye 1-2 ghante ke liye freeze mein rakh de.

Ab ek deep pan mein oil dalkar garam kare, Oil ko high flame par kadak garam karna hai warna fry karte samay masale ki layer oil me tut sakti hai. (Chicken Fry kaise banate hai)

Ab fish ke pieces ko oil me dalkar fry kare. 1-2 minutes ke liye dono side se fry karle.

Fry ho jane par pieces ko alag plate me nikale aur dhaniya patta se garnish kare.

Fish Fry taiyar hai surve karne ke liye ise tomato source ya home made tamatar ki Chatni ke sath kha sakte hai.

Tips:

Aap fish ke pieces ko jitni der marinate karne ke liye time denge fish utni hi swadist banegi. (Fish korma kaise banaye)

Humne fish ke pieces ko 1 hour ke liye marinate kiya hai, aap chahe to fish ke pieces ko 2-3 hour ke liye bhi marinate kar sakte hai.
