Ingredients For Haleem

 

Gahu -1 kg

Mutton -1kg
Tamatar -4
Onion paste-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 cup
Green chili chutney- 1 chammach
Oil – 4 chammach

Green chili chutney – 1 chammach
Gram masala powder – 1 chammach
Dhaniya powder – 1 chammach
Haldi powder -1 chammach
Lal mirch powder – 1 chammach
Hara dhaniya Patti – 1 cup
Dalchini – 2 piece
Kali mirch – 8-10
Ilaichi – 4-5
Tajpatta – 1
Lawang -6-7
Chana dal -1 cup
Masoor dal – 1 cup
Moong dal – 1 cup
Toor dal – 1 cup
Salt to taste



How to make Mutton Haleem (Metdod)

 

– Mutton Haleem banane ke liye sabse pahle guhu (wheat) ko pani se dhokar kutle aur thoda sukhale.

-Ab ek cookar mein mutton dale aur ismein 2 cup pani, haldi powder, salt add karen aur 3 city aane tak medium flame par mutton ko boil karen.

– Ab cooker mein gahu (wheat), mung daal, chana daal, tuvar dal, masoor dal, salt, 1 litre Pani add Karen aur 7-8 sity aane tak ubale (boil) Karen.

– Ab gahu boil hone ke bad ise acchi tarah se ghotle, aap chammach ya daal ghotni se gahu ko ghot sakte hai.

-Ab ek bartan mein oil dalkar garm Karen. Oil garam Ho Jaane per isme Tej Patta, dalchini, kali mirch, Lawang, ilaichi dalkar chatakne Tak bhune.

-Ab ismein onion paste add karen aur bhura hone tak bhune.




-Ab ismein ginger garlic paste add karen aur ise 1 minute ke liye Bhune.

-Ab isme kate hue tamatar, green chilli chutney, Garam Masala, Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, Lal mirch powder add Karen aur ise tab tak bhune jab tak masalo se oil dikhne Na Lage.

-Ab ismein boil kiya hua mutton add kare aur ismein dhaniya patta add kare Aur 5 minute ke liye medium flame par pakaye.

-Ab ismein ghota hua khichda milaye aur acche se masalo mein milte hue 10 minute Ke Liye pakaye, khichda sakht hai to thoda pani milaye aur salt kam ho to thoda salt add Kare.

-Ab ise 10 minute ke liye medium flame par pakaye aur fir gas band kar de.

Haleem recipe parosne ke liye taiyar Hai, Ise garma-garam achar / raita ke sath parose aur khaye.

 

Tips

Haleem me use hone wale gahu ko pani se dhokar kutle, ismein thodi mahenat lagiti hai ya firr aap market Main khichde ke gahu taiyar Milte Hain aap iska bhi istemal kar sakte hain.




Jab gehu acchi tarah boil Ho jaaye tab ise acchi tarah se ghotle. Khichda pakane Mein sabse Jyada mehnat khichda ghotne Mein Lagti Hai, khichda tabhi swadisht banta hai jab acchi tarah se chikna ghota ho.
