Method :
– Mutton Paya banane ke liye sabse pahle paye ko 2-3 Baar Pani Se acchi Tarah dhole.
-Ab paye ko cooker mein dale aur isme haldi powder, salt to taste, 2 litre Pani dalkar 1 hr Ke Liye high flame par pakaye. Ise tab tak pakaye jab tak paye achi tarah soft na ho jaaye .
– Ab Ek bartan Mein oil dalkar Garam Karen, oil Garam Ho Jane par ismein dalchini, zeera, Tej Patta, elaichi, lawang, kali mirch add Karen aur ise Bhura hone Tak Bhune.
-Ab isme onion paste add Karen aur ise 2 minute ke liye bhura hone Tak Bhune.
– Ab isme ginger garlic paste add Kare aur sabhi masalo ko acchi Tarah mix karte huye 2 se 3 minute pakaye.
– Ab ismein haldi powder, Lal mirch powder add Karen aur ek minute ke liye pakaye.
– Ab isme ( boiled) ubale hue mutton Paya add Karen aur 2 minute Tak mutton Paye ko masale Mein acchi Tarah mix karde.
– Ab isme Dhaniya powder aur Garam Masala add Kare aur chammach se mix karte hue medium flame par 2 minute ke liye pakaye.
– Ab isme gravy ke liye 2 glass Pani add Kare aur ismein salt, Dhaniya Patti Dale aur 20- 25 minute ke liye medium flame par dhakkan dhak ke pakaye.
– Ab gas band karde aur surve Karne Wale katore Mein nikale aur ise garam garam Roti, paratha, jeera rice ke sath surve Karen.
Tips :
Mutton Paya (boil) ubalne mein time lagta hai aap ise jitna Jyada ubaLenge utna Paye khane main maza aayega. warna paye galenge Nahi aur sakth hi rahe Jayenge.
Paye ubalte Waqt Pani thoda jyada hi dale Kyoki iska soup sukhna nahi chahiye.
Agar aap paye cooker mein ubal rahe ho to 1 hour (ghante) ke liye 10 – 12 City Aane Tak ubale.
