How to make tomato curry recipe
To make tomato curry, first finely chop the tomatoes, then finely chop the green chilies and finely chop the onion.
1.Now heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds in the oil and fry for 10-20 seconds, then add chopped onion and chopped green chillies and cook for 2 minutes. Roast the onions for 2 minutes until golden.
2.Now the onions are browned, then add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes add chopped tomato turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander spice powder and mix well and close the pan for 2 minutes
