Ingredients for green onion recipe

5 Potatoes of medium size

100 grams chopped green onions

Turmeric powder a teaspoon

Red chili powder a teaspoon

Green chili 2 chopped

Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon

Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Oil 2 tablespoons

Coriander powder a teaspoon

Garam masala 1 teaspoon

salt to taste

1 medium size tomato chopped


To make green onion recipe first come out the skin of the potato and cut the potato into medium size pieces, also cut the green onion.

Now put oil in a pan, when the oil is hot then add cumin seeds and fry for 10-20 seconds.

Now add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and cook by stirring continuously with a spoon for 1 minute.

Now add chopped potatoes and roast them continuously with a spoon for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix all the ingredients with a spoon.

Now reduce the flame and cook the off pan for four to five minutes.

After 5 minutes, you will smell delicious spices as soon as you open the pan and now add green onions and mix all the ingredients with a spoon.

Now close the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
