Ingredients

Kidney and liver – 500 grams
1 medium onion finely chopped
Onion paste 1 cup
Garlic Ginger 1 cup paste
Tomato puree a cup
Oil 2 tablespoons
Yogurt half cup
Turmeric Powder One Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder one spoon
Garam masala a spoon
Black pepper 8-10
Cinnamon one piece
Cloves – 5-6
Cardamom 5-6
Bay leaf 1
Cumin powder one teaspoon
Coriander little bit
salt to taste.

How to make lamb kidney recipe

To make “Kidney And Liver Curry”, first wash the kidney liver with water thrice to remove the smell of kidney liver, then take it out in a separate plate so that the excess water inside it dries up.

Now add kidney liver in the cooker and add turmeric powder, chopped onion, salt as per taste and two cups of water and boil till two whistles come.

Now we will use utensils to make lamb kidney recipe. Now put two spoons of oil in this vessel and heat it. When the oil is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and fry for 20 seconds.

Now add onion paste to these spices and cook for 2 minutes.

When the oil starts coming out from the edges, then understand that the spices have cooked well. Now add curd to the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring it with a spoon so that the curd will not remain raw.

Now add boiled liver kidney and cook with a spoon for 4-5 minutes so that the taste and aroma of spices mix in the liver kidney.

Now add water two cups for gravy and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
