Sambhar vada method

Sabse pahle urad dal ko 3 pani se dhole. Ab dal ko 8-10 ghante ke liye pani me bhigone rakhde. Ab dal pani mein ful kar dugni ho chuki hogi tab dal ko ek bar fir se pani se dhole aur mixture jar me dale.

Ab dal Ke sath adrak, mirch, jeera aur 2 chammach jitna pani dalkar mixture ghumade. Hame daal ka smooth paste banana hai, Jab smooth paste ban jaaye tab pest ko 1 bowl me dale.
